SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products will be shipped within 3 business days from your order. Business days are subject to our company regulations.

We are shipping by international ePacket (Japan postal service) or DHL (courier delivery).
We can ship your items within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment.
Ship by international ePacket:
Your goods will arrive about one week from shipping + the number of days taken for delivery from the region of arrival.
*If the delivery address is not in a region that international ePacket caters to, we might ask you to change to DHL delivery.
Ship by Japan Post:
Japan Post will arrive about 3 to 18 days from shipping.

ABOUT DUTY & TAX

You might have to pay customs duty and VAT of your country when you receive the product.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

We will accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise within 7 days after arrival under the following conditions. Please contact us at our contact form;

1, In case of defective product replacement
We take all possible measures to control the quality of our products, but if they are defective, we will replace them.
Please contact us once and return it by cash on delivery. We will bear the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee.
2, In the case of returns due to customers' personal preferences
If you do not like the delivered item (it is different from what you expected, etc.), we will accept returns and exchanges.
However, in this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, re-shipping fee, payment fee for settlement of the difference, and the settlement fee borne by us at the time of ordering. Please be understanding of this beforehand.

*We cannot accept returns in the following conditions;

1, Custom made products
Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom made products and size-adjusted products such as adding beads and removing beads.
2, Customer damaged products
We cannot accept returns of the product damaged by the customer's circumstances such as carelessness during use, except when the cause is defective.
(* Depending on the condition, repair (charged) can be done. Please contact us once in such cases.)

After we received the returned item, you need to have 10 to 14 days to get expense or item again.
